- A winning bidder may be able to obtain an income tax deduction if the winning bid exceeds the item's fair market value (FMV). Please consult your tax advisor.
- To check out, confirm your winning bid with the winner boards posted near the check out station. Payment may be made with cash, check (payable to AAS-C), VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. You will be given a receipt, which you will take to the designated pick up stations.
- Winning bidders who cannot take possession of their art on November 7 may pick up their purchase(s) at The Alliance of AIDS Services - Carolina Administration office, located at 324 South Harrington Street in Raleigh. Please phone 919-834-2437 for hours of office operations.
- If the winning bidder does not take possession of their art purchase within seven (7) calendar days, The Alliance of AIDS Services - Carolina reserves the right to offer the piece to the second highest bidder or return the piece to the donor.
